You’re welcome to vacuum before we arrive, but it isn’t required. If excessive pet hair or loose debris is present, our team will pre-vacuum those areas before cleaning.

We move light items such as coffee tables, dining chairs and end tables. We use furniture sliders to help protect your belongings, then place plastic tabs or foam blocks beneath the furniture to prevent stains from transferring to your carpet.

We don’t move glass, electronics, collectibles, artwork, delicate display cases or other fragile or high-value items. Heavy furniture and equipment, including beds, dressers, bookcases, dining tables, exercise equipment and pool tables, are also excluded.

We treat spots and stains thoroughly and extract them properly, so they should not return.

However, if moisture remains in the carpet padding and a pad or pet treatment has not been performed, stains and odors can “wick” back to the surface. If this happens, contact us immediately. We may be able to correct it.

In most cases, we’re able to remove all spots and stains. However, we can’t guarantee removal, as results depend on the type of stain, the age and material of the carpet, and any spot-removal products or methods previously used.

Your technician will explain any spots or stains that could not be removed and document them in your customer account.

Most carpets dry within 2–8 hours. Longer-pile or plush carpets may take 6–12 hours to dry.

To help your carpet dry, open windows or run your air conditioning to circulate air and help moisture evaporate. Ceiling fans or portable fans can also help speed up the drying process.
