Coffee, tracked-in soil and food spills do not all respond to the same treatment. Tell us what happened and which products you have already tried. Some dyes and permanent discoloration may remain.
Fiber protection
Ask about an appropriate protective treatment after cleaning. It can help resist future spills, but it does not make carpet stain-proof or replace prompt cleanup.

Pick up toys and loose items, move fragile belongings and point out any stains before we begin. Let us know about stairs, parking, access and furniture you hope to have moved. Keep children and pets away from the work area until the carpet is ready for use.
Let your carpet settle.
Drying is often around 4–8 hours, but fiber, airflow, weather and the amount of cleaning needed can change that. Follow the technician’s advice, take care when stepping from damp carpet onto hard floors and leave protective furniture tabs in place as directed.
