Remove throws, loose belongings and decorative cushions you are not having cleaned. Photograph the care label if you can and tell us about previous spot products, pet concerns or color changes. Clear access around the furniture.
Give the fabric time to dry.
Allow upholstery to dry fully before use. Drying varies by fabric, filling, method and airflow. Keep cushions positioned as advised, and do not apply heat or replace covers while the piece is still damp.

A zipper does not mean a cover is washable. Follow the furniture maker’s instructions; shrinking, color change or differences between cleaned covers and the frame can occur.
Yes, sectionals are part of our upholstery service. Share the number of sections, cushions and any chaise or recliner sections so the scope can be planned.
Cleaning addresses soil. Sun fading, abrasion, stretched fabric and permanent dye changes cannot be reversed by ordinary cleaning.
Wait until the fabric and filling are sufficiently dry. The technician will advise based on the piece, cleaning method and room conditions rather than a single fixed time.
Tell us the leather type, finish and concern before booking. Leather requires its own compatible approach; do not use a fabric spot cleaner on it.
