No. Hard flooring is assessed separately. Our care uses products, tools and moisture levels appropriate to the material and finish; a carpet process is not applied indiscriminately to wood or vinyl.

It may remove soil that makes marks more obvious, but cleaning is not refinishing. Deep scratches, worn coatings and damaged boards require a separate assessment.
