In most cases, we’re able to remove all spots and stains. However, we can’t guarantee removal, as results depend on the type of stain, the age and material of the carpet, and any spot-removal products or methods previously used.
Your technician will explain any spots or stains that could not be removed and document them in your customer account. Wear, fading, dye loss and existing damage cannot be reversed by cleaning.
