We don’t move glass, electronics, collectibles, artwork, delicate display cases or other fragile or high-value items. Heavy furniture and equipment, including beds, dressers, bookcases, dining tables, exercise equipment and pool tables, are also excluded.
We use truck-mounted hot-water extraction, commonly called steam cleaning, to deliver a deep, thorough clean that supports a healthier home and long-lasting results. This method is recommended by leading carpet manufacturers, including Shaw.
Most carpets dry within 2–8 hours. Longer-pile or plush carpets may take 6–12 hours to dry.
To help your carpet dry, open windows or run your air conditioning to circulate air and help moisture evaporate. Ceiling fans or portable fans can also help speed up the drying process.

All appointments require a $250 job minimum.
If you’re not happy with our work, tell us. We’ll make it right immediately. We’ll return to readdress any areas of concern at no additional charge. If there is ever any damage caused by our work, we will repair or replace it. And if you aren’t completely satisfied with our service, we’ll issue a complete refund.
