(949) 979-5799Yes. We assess linen, velvet and other fine fabrics based on their fiber content and condition before choosing the appropriate cleaning method. Some materials require low-moisture dry-foam cleaning or a solvent-based process to help prevent cellulosic browning, dye migration and shrinkage.
We provide professional stone cleaning and assess whether the surface needs restoration through honing or polishing. Each process serves a different purpose:
Cleaning removes soil and buildup to restore the stone’s overall appearance. It does not remove etching or scratches.
Honing uses abrasion from honing powders, diamond-impregnated pads or resin pads to remove a thin layer of the stone’s surface, creating a matte finish.
Polishing uses polishing powders and products with polishing pads to develop the desired sheen, from a low or satin sheen to a high gloss.
Honing and polishing can also remove etching and scratches. We assess the stone’s condition and your preferred finish to determine the appropriate approach.
It could be either. An acidic drink can etch the marble’s surface, while liquid that absorbs into the stone can cause staining. Either can affect the stone’s appearance and may leave a cloudy-looking area.

If you’re not happy with our work, tell us. We’ll make it right immediately. We’ll return to readdress any areas of concern at no additional charge. If there is ever any damage caused by our work, we will repair or replace it. And if you aren’t completely satisfied with our service, we’ll issue a complete refund.
